What they ask for

Required

  • 5+ years as Microsoft Power Platform administrator and developer in enterprise
  • Deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio
  • Experience designing enterprise-grade Canvas Apps and/or Model-Driven Apps
  • Experience designing end-to-end Power Platform solutions integrating multiple systems
  • Experience designing and delivering AI-driven automation solutions
  • Experience integrating with enterprise systems via APIs or MCP servers
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for production-grade AI and automations

Nice to have

  • Experience with UiPath development and/or administration
  • Experience in regulated environments such as pharma, healthcare, or GxP
  • Experience with scripting in PowerShell or Python
  • Power Platform certifications (PL-400, PL-500, PL-600, PL-200, PL-100, or Copilot Studio certifications)
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working within a centralized CoE supporting distributed teams
