Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
10+ years environmental engineering, compliance, or facilities experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or related industries
Demonstrated experience interfacing with engineering design teams and influencing facility or infrastructure system design
Experience supporting greenfield or expansion projects integrating environmental requirements across air, water, and waste domains
Working knowledge of environmental regulations and permitting processes
Ability to work effectively across global teams in a matrixed organization

Nice to have

Advanced degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
Experience with Facilities engineering disciplines (mechanical, process utilities, or controls) in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing
Familiarity with facility system design and environmental performance drivers
Knowledge of global environmental regulatory frameworks and multi-site compliance strategies
Experience developing or applying engineering standards or design specifications
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
