Required
- 10–15+ years in application engineering and technology management, preferably in large-scale global enterprises or financial services/insurance
- Modern engineering practices and cloud-native architecture expertise
- Proven track record leading large-scale technology migrations or architectural shifts
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical business leaders
- Experience managing high-pressure delivery cycles without sacrificing quality
- Understanding of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud services for designing secure, scalable platforms
- Hands-on experience with microservices, open-source frameworks, and relational/NoSQL databases
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
