Required
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years professional software engineering experience with at least 2 years in Principal, Lead, or Staff capacity
- Expert-level programming in Python and Go
- Experience in machine learning, statistics, or quantitative discipline
- Production AI/ML systems experience including model lifecycle management and data pipelines
- Machine learning or data science applied to cybersecurity (anomaly detection, behavioral analysis, threat classification)
- Advanced understanding of threat detection methodologies, intrusion prevention systems, and incident response workflows
Nice to have
- Network telemetry and protocol knowledge
- Prior cybersecurity domain experience and familiarity with threat actor techniques
- Machine learning applications in cybersecurity
- Threat detection and incident response strategies
- Deep AWS or Azure experience
- Production-scale Docker and Kubernetes experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including executive-level influence
