- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 12+ years in aerospace or national defense
- 5+ years in congressional activities
- Understanding of Department of Defense resource allocation
- Understanding of congressional oversight processes
- Expert knowledge of government proposal and program requirements
- Knowledge of international procurements
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for US government programs and international sales
- U.S. citizenship
- TS/SCI security clearance
