- 10+ years designing, building, and operating enterprise campus and edge networks
- At least one multi-site environment spanning dozens of locations across regions
- 5+ years leading engineers with at least 3 years as a people manager
- Technical depth in architecture, protocols, and failure modes to guide engineer designs
- Operational experience with out-of-band access, monitoring, on-call models, and change safety
- Vendor evaluation and procurement experience with real budget responsibility
- Ability to communicate across engineers, executives, contractors, and landlords
