Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- 2–5 years of professional experience in business analysis, financial modeling, data analytics, software development, or related discipline
- Experience in commercial real estate, investment management, private equity, asset management, fund accounting, or FP&A
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills
- Independently lead significant initiatives from design through implementation
- Work with business-critical models, data, or technology platforms
- Learn complex business processes and translate them into scalable technology solutions
Nice to have
- 2 or more years of hands-on Anaplan model development experience
- Experience developing Anaplan solutions for portfolio modeling, financial forecasting, or scenario analysis
- Complex financial forecasting and scenario analysis experience for business-critical decision making
- Strong understanding of investment management, portfolio construction, fund structures, and debt financing
- Enterprise-scale model development experience
- SQL and relational database proficiency
- Power BI reporting and analytical solution development
- Direct stakeholder partnership experience translating investment and financial objectives into technical solutions
