Required
- 4+ years of program management, recruiting coordination, or high-volume scheduling experience
- Experience with confidential or sensitive hiring (executive, M&A, or acquihire)
- Track record of creating and documenting evolving hiring approaches
- Delivering excellent candidate experience
- Strong organizational skills in fast-moving, ambiguous situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Nice to have
- Familiarity with modern recruiting systems
