What they ask for
Required
- 10–12 years of software development experience with object-oriented programming
- Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Expertise in database design, optimization, and query writing with SQL Server and PostgreSQL
- Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks and libraries including Angular, React, Node.js, and Vue.js
- Experience with Git or other distributed version control systems
- Proven track record mentoring and developing other engineers
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Nice to have
- Experience with Python, Google Compute Engine, and Google BigQuery
- Deep frontend knowledge including HTML, CSS, XML, ES6, and jQuery
- Experience mentoring interns
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and development best practices
