What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or STEM field
- Minimum 5 years as Quality Engineer in fast-paced manufacturing
- Experience interfacing with design, manufacturing, production, and test teams
- In-depth knowledge of aerospace manufacturing and assembly practices
- Working knowledge of PLM, MES, ERP, and QMS software
- Proficiency with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Problem-solving ability across multiple teams
- Effective communication with all levels of management
Nice to have
- FMEA, APQP, SPC, and PPV methodologies
- New product introduction (NPI) experience
- High-volume inspection and data-driven acceptance methods
- AS9100/ISO9001 aerospace standards experience
