What they ask for

Required

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or STEM field
  • Minimum 5 years as Quality Engineer in fast-paced manufacturing
  • Experience interfacing with design, manufacturing, production, and test teams
  • In-depth knowledge of aerospace manufacturing and assembly practices
  • Working knowledge of PLM, MES, ERP, and QMS software
  • Proficiency with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
  • Problem-solving ability across multiple teams
  • Effective communication with all levels of management

Nice to have

  • FMEA, APQP, SPC, and PPV methodologies
  • New product introduction (NPI) experience
  • High-volume inspection and data-driven acceptance methods
  • AS9100/ISO9001 aerospace standards experience
  • Ability to define and own a process from scratch
