What they ask for
Required
- 8+ years of product management experience
- 4+ years focused on infrastructure, platforms, ML/AI systems, or technical products for internal customers
- Track record scaling technical platforms from inception through maturity
- Technical fluency across AI/ML stack including model serving, inference, API gateways, evaluation frameworks, and cloud infrastructure
- Ability to use telemetry and cost data to diagnose bottlenecks and drive strategy
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with LLM gateways like LiteLLM
- Familiarity with evaluation and observability tooling like Langfuse
- Experience with model serving frameworks such as KServe, SageMaker, Bedrock, or Ray
- Background in prompt management, versioning, or LLM fine-tuning in production
- Experience with self-hosted or open-weight model serving
- Knowledge of agent governance concepts including guardrails, PII controls, and prompt-injection protection
- Experience managing platforms across competing tracks and stakeholders
- Demonstrated cross-functional influence without direct authority
