Required
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years of metal additive manufacturing experience (5+ years for on-the-job equivalents)
- Proficiency in at least one CAD program
- Design for manufacturing knowledge
- GD&T interpretation and definition
- Extreme ownership mentality across application and process engineering
- Flexible hours including second shift and weekends as needed
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status (ITAR requirement)
Nice to have
- 2+ years working in aerospace, medical devices, or ISO environments
- Knowledge of general fabrication methods (CNC milling, turning, EDM, welding, bending)
- Working knowledge of typical manufacturing execution systems and quality management systems
- Familiarity with liquid propellant engine system design and operation
- Willingness to relocate to Seattle, WA
