Required
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years metal additive manufacturing experience (or 5+ years on-the-job equivalent)
- Proficient in at least one CAD program
- Knowledge of GD&T and design for manufacturing
- Extreme ownership mentality and ability to self-direct
- Willing to relocate to Seattle, WA
- U.S. citizen or authorized to work with ITAR-controlled technology
Nice to have
- 2+ years aerospace, medical devices, or ISO environment experience
- Knowledge of fabrication methods (CNC, turning, welding, EDM)
- Manufacturing execution systems (MES) and quality management systems experience
