Required
- Deep expertise in enterprise-scale cloud migration across AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI or private clouds with multiple end-to-end programmes delivered
- Mastery of migration strategies and tooling including AWS MGN, Azure Migrate, Velero, CloudEndure, AWS DMS, VMware HCX, Nutanix
- Strong infrastructure knowledge of SAN/NAS storage, backup, monitoring, virtualisation platforms
- Good understanding of Linux and Windows administration and troubleshooting in cloud environments
- Good understanding of network and routing principles including segmentation, VLANs, subnets, firewalling, VRFs, NSX
- Knowledge of data centres, data centre LAN networks, and security principles
- Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance during migrations including encryption, IAM, audit logs, NIS2
- Experience leading cross-functional migration teams across networking, security, application, and FinOps
- Familiarity with hybrid infrastructure environments and enterprise IT operating models
- Ability to define and manage SLAs, KPIs, and success metrics for migration programmes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills including CxO-level reporting
- Fluency in English and French and/or Dutch
- Ability to work effectively in international and multicultural environments
- NATO member country citizenship
- Eligibility to work in Belgium
Nice to have
- Experience with mainframe or SAP workload migrations to cloud
- Knowledge of Kubernetes-based workload migration including Velero and KubeMove
- Familiarity with multi-cloud networking technologies like SD-WAN, Aviatrix, Cloud WAN
- Experience with database-as-a-service migrations such as Oracle to Aurora or SQL Server to Azure SQL
- ITIL or project management certifications including PMP or PRINCE2
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
- Google Professional Cloud Architect
- AWS Certified Database – Specialty or Azure Database Administrator Associate
- HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate or Professional
