- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fashion design, industrial design, apparel design, material design, textile design or related field
- Well-curated portfolio demonstrating research, inspiration, design development, problem solving and execution
- Strong sketching, illustration, typography, brand identity and color theory skills
- High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Deep understanding of apparel manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of apparel creation including ideation, development, specification and execution
