What this role is
You'll assemble, test, and install critical flight hardware components for Relativity Space's Terran R rocket during second shift, working closely with engineers and production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role suits someone with aerospace mechanical experience who's comfortable with hands-on technical work, precision fastening and testing operations, and the physical demands of production floor work.

What they ask for
Required
- 4+ years aerospace mechanical experience or related field
- Fast-paced production environment experience with flight hardware and critical operations
- Technical skills including fastener/torque applications, secondary retention, testing, avionics familiarity, and bonding operations
- Verbal and written communication with engineering and production teams
- Hand and pneumatic tool operation and calibrated tool/measuring device use
- Ability to climb ladders and work in tight spaces
- Safe navigation on uneven terrain and surfaces
- Ability to frequently crouch, bend, squat, kneel, and reach overhead
Nice to have
- FAA Airframe and Power Plant license
- Electromechanical build proficiency
- Familiarity with propulsion systems and components
