- Designed and rolled out sales motions with targeting and execution guidance
- Designed and rolled out competitive positioning or compete programs
- Designed targeting models across personas, segments, or industries
- Defined KPIs for a sales motion or product line and used them to drive business change
- Managed and developed people
- Strong analytical fluency with quantitative data
- Diagnose problems from quantitative and qualitative field signal
- Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leadership
- Work effectively across functions without direct ownership
- Comfortable with ambiguity, novelty, and pace
