Required
- 2–4 years of retail experience
- At least 1 year in a leadership role
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong coaching and talent development skills
- Familiarity with operational processes including merchandising and shipment
- Ability to stand and walk an entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, and stretch safely using ladders and step stools

- Availability for minimum 40 hours per week including peak days and evening/opening shifts
