- 10+ years of engineering experience on complex, high-performance, high-reliability systems with rapid development
- Deep fundamentals in at least one of: aerospace structures, mechanisms, propulsion, avionics, software, or flight dynamics
- Ability to perform first-order analysis across multiple engineering disciplines
- Ability to make decisions and move quickly under uncertainty
- Strong written and verbal communication
- U.S. citizenship or equivalent ITAR eligibility
