Required

  • Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering or related field
  • 10+ years of engineering experience on complex, high-performance, high-reliability systems with rapid development
  • Deep fundamentals in at least one of: aerospace structures, mechanisms, propulsion, avionics, software, or flight dynamics
  • Ability to perform first-order analysis across multiple engineering disciplines
  • Ability to make decisions and move quickly under uncertainty
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • U.S. citizenship or equivalent ITAR eligibility

Nice to have

  • Master's degree or PhD in aerospace engineering or related field
  • Experience on a launch vehicle or spacecraft program from concept through flight test
