- 5+ years HCM software support or consulting on medium/large enterprise HRIS projects
- 5+ years experience with HCM systems (Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)
- 5+ years with Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking product areas
- 5+ years Workday consulting experience or as Workday SME
- Solid grasp of HR systems and processes
- Ability to gain detailed understanding of Workday concepts and new feature releases
- Workday HCM certification or ability to certify
- Experience influencing and collaborating with senior leaders
- Ability to lead design meetings toward effective outcomes
- Deliver results while managing to project plans
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or related experience
