- Proven experience leading technical teams or driving architectural roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least one or two of: distributed systems and hybrid inference, algorithmic and inference optimization, or advanced systems and compiler engineering
- End-to-end systems leadership across full-stack AI systems engineering
