- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years controls programming or industrial controls technology experience
- PLC knowledge and practical application
- HMI knowledge and practical application
- Process instrumentation knowledge
- Machine control systems knowledge
- VFD knowledge
- Servo drive knowledge
- Robotics knowledge
- Power distribution knowledge (<600V)
- Control system networking knowledge
- Electrical safety knowledge

- Ability to work rotating 8-hour shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, push, pull and twist for extended periods

- Ability to follow food safety and quality standards
- Ability to wear and work with PPE
- Ability to work around high-speed machinery and food allergens
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, nights and holidays
