Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent demonstrated record of shipped work
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying backend systems in production
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and API design
- Proactive problem recognition and care about impact of work
- Genuine relationship building with colleagues and customers
- Ability to read social dynamics in meetings and notice what is unsaid
