Required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of procurement or supply chain experience
- 2+ years leading or developing a team
- Experience managing a sizable indirect portfolio with demonstrated cost savings
- Success running sourcing events and negotiating high-value supplier contracts
- Working knowledge of multiple indirect categories
- Procurement and ERP systems experience
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
- CPSM, CPSD, or CIPS professional certification
- Master's degree or MBA
- Deep category expertise in high-value indirect areas
- Experience in complex manufacturing environments like aerospace, defense, automotive, or frontier technology
