What they ask for
Required
- 8+ years designing, building, and testing rocket engine components
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or equivalent
- Experience with detailed mechanical design including machined parts, additive parts, weldments, fasteners, and seals
- Experience designing rocket engine components such as thrust chambers, injectors, turbomachinery, and actuators
- Proficiency in heat transfer, compressible and incompressible flow, and cryogenics
- Experience with GD&T and tolerance stack-ups
- Ability to post-process test data and evaluate component performance
- Exceptional command of engineering fundamentals
- U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident due to ITAR requirements
- Willing to relocate to Seattle, WA
