  • 2+ years building and delivering user-facing features in a collaborative environment
  • 2+ years demonstrating ownership of features from implementation through launch
  • 2+ years navigating and unblocking technical challenges
  • 2+ years partnering with Product and Design to solve user problems
  • 2+ years with modern JavaScript technologies including React, Node.js, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
  • 2+ years building backend services with Go, Node.js/Express, GraphQL, or cloud platforms
