- Deliver exceptional customer service following Peet's service standards
- Prepare beverages to Peet's high standards for taste, appearance, and consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked coffeebar
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Minimum two days per week schedule availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- At least 16 years old
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
