Required
- 7+ years in consulting, project finance, investment banking, private equity, energy development, or operations with significant energy sector focus
- 3+ years in a managerial or team leadership role with demonstrated mentoring ability
- Deep understanding of energy markets, project economics, and financial modeling
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Suite with pipeline management system experience
