What they ask for
Required
- 6+ years experience with BS or 4+ years with MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of DRAM/HBM architecture and high-speed memory interfaces
- Experience in digital and/or custom design and verification
- Hands-on silicon debug or post-silicon validation experience
- Ability to independently drive complex technical issues to closure
- Proficiency in AI tools (Claude Code or similar) for design quality and efficiency
Nice to have
- Experience with HBM, DDR, or LPDDR systems
- System-level debug and silicon-to-system correlation background
- Knowledge of timing and margin analysis, signal and power integrity
- Experience with DFT, mBIST, or test-mode debug
- Programming or scripting skills, preferably Python, for debug automation
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
