What they ask for

Required

  • 2–3 years of electronics repair, studio AV, IT/networking, or military technical experience
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to drive mountain roads in adverse weather
  • Lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders
  • Flexible schedule including on-call emergency availability
  • Soldering and custom cable fabrication experience
  • Grasp of signal flow and electrical safety
  • Basic IT/networking skills

Nice to have

  • Amateur radio or telecommunications background
  • 2-year degree in IT, Electronics, or related field
  • Experience with SMPTE 2110, compressed signal encoding/decoding, DANTE, or NDI
