Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related discipline
- Public markets manager research and due diligence experience
- Conduct independent qualitative and quantitative analysis of investment managers
- Translate due diligence findings into actionable investment recommendations
- Evaluate performance, style, factor attribution, and risk characteristics using research platforms
- Knowledge of mutual funds, ETFs, CITs, separate accounts, and multi-manager structures
- Strong presentation and communication skills to defend investment views
Nice to have
- 2-3 years of public markets manager research experience, ideally with equity manager coverage
- Programming skills such as VBA, R, or Python
- CFA certification, progress towards certification, or interest in obtaining it
