Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Control Systems or related field
- 10+ years of control systems development experience
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and model-based development methodologies
- Experience with PID, MIMO, Non-linear, and MPC control methods
- Experience with MIL, SIL, and HIL testing environments
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- PhD in Control Systems or related field
- Experience with field-oriented control methods for brushless motor control
- Strong background in embedded software development and system integration
