Required
- 8+ years professional experience combining software engineering and product management
- 5+ years dedicated product management experience
- Previous professional software engineering experience or substantial hands-on coding
- Built technical products for developers or highly technical users
- Direct customer engagement throughout discovery, development, beta, and launch
- Translate customer problems and technical concepts into product requirements
- Prioritize work across multiple teams and competing needs
- Operate as primary PM across several engineering teams
- Strong understanding of software development workflows, Git, and modern developer tooling
- Excellent written and verbal communication with engineers and customers
- Use qualitative feedback, data, and strategic context to make pragmatic decisions
- Substantial Eastern Time zone working hour overlap
Nice to have
- Experience building AI agents, coding assistants, code generation, or LLM products with strong perspective on AI's impact on software development
- Experience with developer tools, code search, code intelligence, compilers, IDEs, or large-scale code transformation
- Enterprise customer and complex software development organization experience
- Enjoy writing code and comfortable exploring or contributing to production codebases
