Required
- 4–8 years hardware development, validation, sustaining, or production engineering
- Hands-on expertise in PCIe, InfiniBand, and NVMe debugging
- Hardware bring-up and board-level debugging experience
- Ability to design and implement automation frameworks for hardware testing
- Technical background in digital and analog design and server architecture
- Experience collaborating across thermal, mechanical, firmware, and software teams
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
Nice to have
- Experience designing or optimizing GPU-to-GPU communication for AI/ML
- Direct experience integrating NVLink or next-generation GPU interconnects
- Familiarity with cutting-edge GPU architectures for AI/HPC
- Support for or design of ARM and x86 server architectures
- Background in sustainable or energy-efficient hardware design
- Advanced certifications or coursework in AI/HPC hardware systems
