What they ask for
Required
- 5-10+ years of experience in electrical/hardware engineering
- B.S. or M.S. in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent
- Digital communications theory and measurement experience
- RF signal chain experience
- RF test equipment proficiency (VNA, spectrum analyzer, signal generator)
- Hands-on hardware design, build, and test from scratch
- Altium or similar EDA tool experience
- PCB design experience
- Strong analog and mixed-signal circuit design skills
- U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or refugee/asylee status
Nice to have
- Wideband programmable data converter experience
- High-speed clock tree design
- Aerospace, defense, or automotive high-reliability system design experience
- Understanding of radio nonidealities (harmonics, intermodulation, IQ imbalance, gain ripple, group delay distortion)
- Python for measurement automation and data analysis
