What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of design-for-test, logic test, or SoC/ASIC design experience
- Understanding of MBIST fundamentals, memory architectures, and logic test concepts
- Working knowledge of memory architectures such as HBM or DRAM
- Experience defining DFT requirements, specifications, and verification expectations
Nice to have
- Master's degree
- Multi-functional collaboration and verification organization experience
- IEEE 1500 and DFT access mechanisms knowledge
- First silicon, qualification, or high-volume manufacturing debug support experience
