What they ask for
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years aerospace manufacturing or related field experience
- Adhesive bonding operations experience including surface preparation, adhesive mixing, application, and vacuum bagging
- Flight hardware manufacturing or assembly experience in production environment
- Attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication
Nice to have
- Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) experience
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations at remote or downstream production sites
