- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 6+ years in footwear engineering, tooling, or mold development
- Experience leading tooling development from concept through commercialization
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex development challenges across the product lifecycle
- Experience collaborating with Asia-based manufacturing partners
- Technical knowledge of tooling construction for EVA, rubber, PU, and injection processes
- Structured problem-solving and root cause analysis using data-driven approaches
- Ability to interpret 2D/3D drawings and engineering specifications
- Project management skills to handle multiple priorities independently
- Experience developing processes, SOPs, and engineering best practices
