Required
- 9–13 years of relevant experience post-qualification
- SAP IBP solution design and implementation experience
- Domain knowledge in supply chain management (inbound logistics, fulfillment, outbound logistics, warehouse operations)
- 4+ project lifecycles with SAP IBP implementations
- Team management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
Nice to have
- MBA or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management from Tier-1 college
- End-to-end IBP project cycle experience (blueprinting, configuration, testing, UAT, cutover)
- Knowledge of SAP IBP integration with ECC, S/4, and SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization
- Experience with business case development and roadmap creation for IBP
