Required
- 5–8 years production planning experience with co-packing or third-party manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations
- Expertise in production planning and scheduling
- ERP/planning tools knowledge (SAP PP/APO/IBP, Planet Together, Kinaxis, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical and MIS capabilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
- High attention to data accuracy
