- 12+ years leading complex technical programs in software, platform, infrastructure, or cloud engineering
- 5+ years managing Technical Program Managers or Program Managers
- Track record leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders
- Strong people leadership and team building experience
- Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills
- Experience with annual planning, portfolio management, organizational operations, and executive reviews
- Understanding of software development lifecycles, engineering processes, and technical architectures
- Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
Nice to have
- Engineering Business Operations, strategic planning, or Chief of Staff experience
- Led TPM or Program Management organizations in large technology companies
- Experience with globally distributed teams and organizations
- Background in gaming, consumer technology, platforms, cloud services, or developer ecosystems
- MBA, advanced technical degree, or equivalent experience
