- 3+ years in software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, or founding/product engineering role
- Strong Python and JavaScript proficiency
- Systems fundamentals knowledge
- Experience designing agent-based or LLM-powered applications with multi-step workflows, orchestration, and failure handling
- Comfortable working directly with customers on POCs, architecture reviews, and evaluations
- Can explain technical tradeoffs clearly to developer audiences

- Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
- Cloud environment experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)
