What this role is
Reddit seeks a Senior Staff engineer to establish unified client architecture for content creation across Web, iOS, and Android platforms, defining shared data models and contracts that let features ship natively everywhere rather than be rebuilt three times. You'll shape how video, new formats, and AI-assisted creation work at scale, partner with product and data science on experimentation rigor, and mentor senior engineers across the platform while owning performance and reliability across all clients.
