What this role is

This role assembles, tests, and installs flight hardware components for Relativity Space's Terran R rocket in a second-shift manufacturing environment. The technician will collaborate with engineers and quality teams to build critical aerospace systems with precision and speed.

Required

  • Experience with flight hardware in production environments
  • Technical skills in fastener/torque, secondary retention, testing, avionics, and bonding
  • Verbal and written communication with engineering and production teams
  • Ability to set up and operate hand, pneumatic, and calibrated tools
  • Capable of climbing ladders and working in tight spaces

Nice to have

  • 2+ years aerospace mechanical experience or related field
  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant license
  • Electromechanical build proficiency
  • Propulsion systems and components familiarity
