Required
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, Aeronautical or Material Sciences engineering
- 9+ years related work experience
- 5+ years aircraft structural design experience
- 3+ years composite structures design experience
- Prior aircraft, heavy structures, hardware systems or interiors manufacturing/production experience
- U.S. Person (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee or asylee)
Nice to have
- 7+ years wing or empennage primary structure design (wing tips, leading/trailing edges, center section, box, join, stabilizers)
- 5+ years leading structural work under minimal direction
- Experience designing and qualifying composite primary structures including laminate design and ply-drop strategies
- Hands-on fabrication experience with metallic and composite structures
- Current or prior DER/AR/E-UM designation
