  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in payroll, accounting, finance, human resources, or related field
  • Advanced proficiency with Workday Payroll (reporting, configuration, integrations)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups, index/match, pivot tables)
  • Thorough understanding of global equity taxation, statutory compliance, US and international labor laws
  • Multi-currency payroll distribution expertise
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
