- 5–7+ years of progressive payroll operations experience in a high-growth, publicly traded tech company
- Direct hands-on experience managing both US and international payroll operations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in payroll, accounting, finance, human resources, or related field
- Advanced proficiency with Workday Payroll (reporting, configuration, integrations)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups, index/match, pivot tables)
- Thorough understanding of global equity taxation, statutory compliance, US and international labor laws
- Multi-currency payroll distribution expertise
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
