- BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university
- 2-6+ years of full-cycle recruiting or sourcing experience
- Proven sourcing and research experience
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
- Data-driven approach to tracking metrics and pipeline health
- Active use of AI tools in daily workflow
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational skills and sense of urgency
