Required
- 5+ years software engineering experience
- 2+ years leading customer-facing technical teams
- Track record scaling implementation or deployment teams in fast-growing B2B or enterprise software
- Strong technical fundamentals with hands-on ability to design, build, and debug production systems
- Experience building repeatable processes and tooling to scale implementation work
- Exceptional communicator who can interface with C-suite executives and technical teams
- Willingness to travel to customer sites during critical implementations
