Required
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field
- 8+ years of technical product management or product-minded infrastructure engineering experience at Principal scope
- Subject matter expertise in networking with credibility as peer to senior infrastructure engineers
- Direct experience with fleet-wide network architecture and topology design at scale
- Experience managing long-term vendor strategy and evaluating in-house networking software investments
- Strong grasp of infrastructure economics and capacity planning
- Analytical mindset to inform multi-year infrastructure decisions using data
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical tradeoffs to leadership
- Direct experience with RDMA fabrics such as InfiniBand or RoCE
- Experience with GPU cluster networking for AI training or inference
Nice to have
- Experience with data center network design including cross-DC and multi-site connectivity
- Familiarity with networking silicon, NIC, and switch vendors serving AI infrastructure
- Experience managing or mentoring other product managers
