- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Active U.S. medical license
- Board certification in Otolaryngology (ABMS or AOA)
- 3+ years post-residency/fellowship clinical experience
- Ability to commit to Monday-Friday weekly schedule
- Strong computer skills and autonomous system navigation
- Reliable high-speed internet (10+ Mbps download, 5+ Mbps upload)
- Hard-wired encrypted workstation connection (no wireless)
