Required

  • 8+ years in systems engineering, site reliability engineering, or infrastructure engineering
  • 3+ years directly managing engineering teams
  • Hands-on AWS production infrastructure experience at scale
  • Track record operating 99.9%+ availability systems
  • Deep incident management experience including incident command and postmortems
  • Strong distributed systems and networking foundation
  • Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code experience
  • Observability and reliability tooling expertise
  • Balance hands-on technical work with people leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Nice to have

  • Experience designing or scaling AI Ops and autonomous remediation capabilities
  • Operating experience in regulated fintech, banking, or payments environments
  • Chaos engineering or resilience testing practice
  • Cost and capacity management for large-scale multi-account AWS
